Snowy Plover Featured On Birder's World Magazine

A photo by Wan Conservancy's Founder, Larry Wan, is currently being featured on the cover of Birder's World Magazine.

The photograph, taken on Ormond Beach in Ventura County, Calif., is of an endangered Western Snowy Plover guarding his chick and eggs on a sandy, open beach.
